Support and Advocacy
Our program provides:

Access to cultural counselling and traditional healing.

Sharing and Teaching Circles, cultural education, and crafts.

Advocacy with other community agencies.

Support in setting and achieving goals.

Referrals and resources to access other services such as education, training, employment, housing, and cultural resources, as well as health and social services.
Criteria to Access
Services will be provided to men and their families who:

Are of Indigenous ancestry (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit)

Reside in the City of Winnipeg.

Are eighteen years of age or older.
Programs and Services
This program supports urban Indigenous individuals experiencing homelessness and multiple barriers by helping them secure permanent, appropriate housing in the community while providing individualized, portable supports and empowering services that promote independence and long-term self-sufficiency.

About Men's Health Living Program
The Men’s Healthy Living Program is for Indigenous men over the age of 18, who would like to make positive lifestyle changes and become role models in our community.
Our program provides healing through cultural ceremony, counselling, access to an elder, referrals, and advocacy for our men.
Our program is a great place for men who would like to start their healing journey, we have many supports available and it is a safe place for us all. We invite you to stop by our program for more
