About Us
Our role is to help foster a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive workplace that aligns with AHWC’s mission, vision, and values. We support the organization through recruitment, employee relations, workplace wellness, training and development, policy guidance, attendance support, benefits administration, and organizational development.

As an Indigenous-led organization, AHWC recognizes the importance of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada (TRC) Calls to Action in strengthening workplace relationships, equity, and culturally responsive practices. We understand this work is ongoing and remain committed to continued learning, reflection, and growth in how we support employees, community, and Indigenous ways of knowing within the workplace.
